Last Rites Pend for Henry Wetz, Retired Farmer

 

Henry Mark Wetz, 79, retired farmer and resident of Roswell for the last year, died at 2:50 p.m. yesterday in his home, 706 S. Richardson Ave.

 

He came to Roswell on Dec. 31, 1956 from DeKalb County, Ill., where he had been born April 9, 1878, and where on April 4, 1914 he and Gladys Larsen were married. Mr. Wetz was the son of Markus Wetz and Harriet Hatch Wetz.

 

Survivors are the widow, a son, Lewis John, Waterman, Ill.; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Holdridge of Roswell and Mrs. Ruth Apt, Thorton, Colo.

 

Mr. Wetz was a Methodist and a member of the Modern Woodmen of America.

 

Services are pending arrival of relatives from Illinois.  Arrangements are by Mason.
