Miss A. Riley Passes Away Last Evening
 
Miss Alice Riley, daughter of Mrs. Michael Riley of this city, died last evening at the St. Mary's hospital after an illness of about four weeks duration.  Miss Riley was taken to the hospital 11 days ago for treatment in the hopes that her condition would improve.  Although she at first showed signs of improvement she suffered a relapse, following which occurred her death.

Alice Riley was born in this city August 8, 1905, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Riley.  Her entire life was spent in this community, Miss Riley attending the schools of this city. 

In addition to a large number of relatives and friends she leaves to survive her grieved mother, and two brothers, John of Chicago, and James of Chicago.  Funeral services will be held Friday morning at nine o'clock form the St. Mary's church, with burial in St. Mary's cemetery. 
Until the service, the remains will be at the home of an uncle, M. E. Keenan, 417 Fisk avenue, from which brief services are to be held before the service at St. Mary's church.
